According to Paragraph 11 of Article 7 of Paris Agreement, RA Ministry of Environment has officially submitted the first RA National Adaptation Plan to the Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. The document has already been officially published in the “National Adaptation Plans” section of the UNFCCC website.

To remind on May 13, 2021 the RA Government approved the Decision N 749-L on “Climate Change National Adaptation Action Program and the List of Measures for 2021-2025”. National Action Program of Adaptation to Climate Change has been developed by the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Armenia with the funding of the Green Climate Fund and support of the United Nations Development Programme in Armenia within the framework of the “National Adaptation Plan to Advance Medium and Long-term Adaptation Planning in Armenia” project.
