“Advisory Handbook on Technical Solutions for Thermal Insulation of Envelopes of Residential, Public and Industrial Buildings in Construction and Reconstruction in the Republic of Armenia” was developed and published in the frames of the Project. The Handbook was endorsed by the Minister of Urban Development of the Republic of Armenia (order #343 of November 6, 2013.)
