The Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan of the Stepanavan community was developed within the framework of the UNDP project "Climate Promise: Impact from the Promise" under the support provided to the Stepanavan Municipality.

The Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) defines the measures aimed at mitigating and adapting to climate change, their implementation approaches, deadlines and necessary investments, those responsible for implementation, expected results, as well as mechanisms for monitoring results.
