November 16, 2017, the workshop, aimed at discussion of the feasible solutions for application of the biogas production from the agriculture waste at medium and large agricultural farms in Armenia, was conducted with participation of the international expert Jan Pavlik with 13 years of professional experience in biogas technologies design and application. The workshop was organized within the frames of the “Development of Armenia’s Fourth National Communication to the UNFCCC and Second Biennial Update Report” UNDP-GEF Project. By financial assistance of the Czech Trust Fund, it is envisaged to study the feasible solutions for application of the biogas production from the agriculture waste. The workshop was attended by the representatives of the relevant stakeholder ministries, educational institutions and international organizations, as well as farmers and agrarians.
