The Environment and Social Management Framework and Plan (ESMF/P) was prepared for the Restructuring Proposal of the project De-risking and Scaling-up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits (5684), implemented in Armenia, funded by the Green Climate Fund (GCF). The overall objective of the project is to scale up investment in energy efficiency (EE) building retrofits in the cities of Armenia and reduce the overall investment risk profile of EE building retrofits to encourage private sector investment and alleviate poverty.
