The objective of the Technical Report is to identify technical opportunities for the GHG emissions’ reduction and removal enhancement, to provide recommendations on long-term targets of the GHG emissions/removals in the country’s Land Use, Land Use Change and Forestry sector. The report relies on the earlier delivered background study findings, reviews similar efforts in the broader region and details on mitigation actions and strategy. This publication has been prepared within  "EU4Climate" UNDP-EU regional project.
