Social Vulnerability Assessment of Population

Report on "Social Vulnerability Assessment of Population: Main Approaches, Criteria and System of Indicators" was developed within the framework of "De-risking and Scaling-up Investment in Energy Efficient Building Retrofits" UNDP-GCF Project.

The implementation of the developed approaches will ensure the effectiveness and transparency of the targeted financial support for the most vulnerable households in multi-apartment buildings, to be provided in the frames of the Project.
